Shipping policy

 All shipments have a processing time of 2-3 Business Days.

Jam uses Route to protect all shipments. 

If a shipment is marked "delivered" but is not received or "lost" we are not responsible for the package. The customer will need to contact the shipping service to determine where the package is located. 

 

What is Route?

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the experience:

Route+

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. It is available for both Domestic and International orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

If you choose to opt out of Route Shipping Protection then Jam is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

The Route App (Free)
