Refund policy

Returns

  • You have 7 days from when you receive your order (as per the tracking) to return and have it back in our store for a full refund.
  • You have up to 14 days to return your item(s) for a store credit.
  • Once we have received your items, we will email you a refund confirmation.
  • The refund will not include the shipping cost if you paid shipping

Starting a Return

• To return your order, ship the package using any carrier you prefer and ship it to the following address: 3427 9th ave Sacramento, CA 95817

• If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($150) from the order, we will deduct the original shipping fee of $6 from your returned amount. 

 •Please make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, you are responsible for any other shipping costs to return back to you.

 International orders are responsible to ship their orders back with their own carriers 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*All Women's swim is Final Sale

*Soor Ploom, Apolina and Misha & Puff Orders cannot be returned, exchanges will incur shipping costs and Jam is not responsible for any shipping to or from 

*Uppababy products are Final Sale

*Milton and Goose items are FINAL SALE

*Holiday items, such as Holiday PJ's and other Holiday specific items are FINAL SALE

If the item was shipped the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and they are Final Sale  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size if it does not fit properly. We can refund you if an item is damaged or defective but it cannot be replaced as most items are unique and do not come in large quantities. If you need to exchange the same item for a different size, send us an email at shopjambaby@gmail.com and send your item to: jam baby shop, 3427 9th ave , Sacramento CA 95817, United States.

Exchanges are final sale and cannot be returned.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the experience:

Route+

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. It is available for both Domestic and International orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

If you choose to opt out of Route Shipping Protection then Jam is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
