This vintage inspired romper has beautiful hand-smocked panels to the chest, a velvet, peter-pan collar and long sleeves with frilly cuffs. It has buttons to the front and press-studs at crotch for easy changes. Perfect paired with our cotton ribbed, or openwork tights.
